LUCRIS innehåller även annan forskningsinformation, som information om forskare, grupper, projekt och forskningsrelaterade aktiviteter inom till exempel samverkan. Den information du lägger in i systemet är tillgänglig i den publika portalen för en samlad visning av den forskning som bedrivs vid LU.

Media: a clear and updated profile in LU’s research database makes it easier for the media to find the right person at LU. Med forskningsinformationssystemet LUCRIS samlar du in och synliggör olika aspekter av ditt arbete som forskare. Genom att registrera information om dina olika aktiviteter (både inom akademin och i relation till den tredje uppgiften), projekt och publikationer bidrar du till att Lunds universitet kan tillhandahålla en databas som ger rik information om forskningen som bedrivs här.

This means that you do not have to manually update your ORCID profile with new publications as long as you add them to LUCRIS.

Registreringen gör avhandlingen synlig i LUs Forskningsportal och på universitetets kalendarie för kommande disputationer. LUCRIS står för Lund University Current Research Information System och är Lunds universitets system för forskningsinformation. I Forskningsportalen, som är det publika gränssnittet för LUCRIS, presenteras vetenskapliga publikationer (som i LUCRIS kallas forskningsoutput), information om enskilda forskare, grupper och projekt och andra forskningsrelaterade aktiviteter. LUCRIS is a Current Research Information System for research information that aims to collect and visualize different aspects of a researcher's work. By linking scholarly activities, within academia and in relation to the so called third task, with the researchers, the projects and the publications, LU will have a database that provides rich information about the research conducted.

GSM stands for "Graduate School Management", and LUCRIS GSM should not be confused with LUCRIS PM (Publication Module). With the LUCRIS GSM module, all information concerning PhD candidates is stored in a uniform way and made accessible in one place. LUCRIS, Lund University Current Research Information System, is Lund University’s new current research information system, where you will be able to input information about yourself, projects, publications and activities. They will all of which will be searchable in a the common research portal that presents research from the entire Lund University.
